Constitution of Immortals (Revision 1.1)
Breaking these rules will result in an appropriate response depending on their severity, and the harm done to the guild. Rules marked by an asterisk * will result in an immediate ban. All changes to these rules will be widely announced across guild channels, and will be enforced 1 hour after amendment. Disagreements with certain rules MUST BE DISCUSSED IN PRIVATE with a leader (Legatus or Praefectus). Officers should always attempt to warn members who are out of line, referencing the appropriate rules, before taking further action. With accordance to structure, only leaders may amend or revise our constitution, and will record themselves, the new revision, and the date in the revision history page. If a rule(s) is added/removed from an existing section, the revision will iterate 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, (1.x) etc. If an entire rule section is added/removed, the revision will iterate 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, (x.0) etc. Contents1. Revision History 2. Guild Vision & Ethics 3. Guild Loyalty 4. Guild Integrity 5. Member interaction 6. Discord Rules

Guild Vision & Ethics
As with most organizations in life, it is important for members to understand the goals and aims of this guild. We are primarily an end-game, high level content orientated guild that focuses on maintaining the best PvMing (player-versus-monster) community on AQ3D. Once sustainable content is introduced, rest assured our guild will spearhead the effort of attaining quick, efficient and impressive boss kills or feats. Even those who are not of top-notch ability or level can still join our sister guilds that are under our jurisdiction. The ethics of our flagship guild can be translated to our sister counterparts where members can unite and find the fastest levelling methods or tactics for lower level content. Theory crafting can occur at all levels, and we promote the best and most efficient methods that will help less experienced players achieve the requirements to join the main guild. We work as a team to achieve accomplishments only dreamt of by other guilds or players. Hence, it is important to outline the guild ethics that members should consider themselves agreeing with when part of our guild. Unlike the other rules categories, this Vision & Ethics part will be used a reference, not as a basis for the enforcement of a ban. However, should a major violation occur, these codes will be enforced. i. Theory crafting and efficient methodology is encouraged within our guild.
ii. All guild methods should be kept private, and not publicly shared (on wiki, etc.)
iii. Guild members should always aim to each other. Non-guild members who ask for help through guild communication channels should be ignored.
iv. Group events are always encouraged.
v. First boss kills every update are encouraged.
vi. In-game feats or records are encouraged.
vii. The identification of efficient methods should always be in the mindset of our members.
viii. We do not promote any type of glitching or exploiting in the guild. All our feats should be aimed to be accomplished through normal in-game means.
ix. Should a member decide to exploit in-game mechanics, while not against the game rules, they will not represent the guild while in the process of doing so.

Guild Loyalty
The ‘Guild Loyalty’ laws are primarily aimed at preventing mutiny or treason within the guild, and to protect our group from outside manipulative influences. Being the largest and most prominent guild on AQ3D will naturally land us some competitors who will employ any means to damage our reputation, or negatively impact our members. i. A member of immortals cannot be a member of any other guild on AQ3D.
ii. A member must not disclose or ‘leak’ sensitive information from any of the guild’s communication means without permission. (Including posting chat logs or screenshots of chat in non-immortal’s channels).
iii. A member cannot disclose guild tactics or private announcements with non-guild members.
iv. A member must not approach nor poach another member(s) about joining an unrelated guild. *
v. A member will not encourage mutiny or division in our ranks.
vi. A member will not maliciously smear the guilds reputation.
vii. A member will not work against the aims or ethics of the guild.
viii. All ranking officers who officially leave the guild will not retain their rank upon returning. (Except for select cases).
ix. Colluding with other guilds against the interests of Immortals is forbidden. *

Guild Integrity
The ‘Guild Integrity’ laws are enforced to maintain balance and consistency within our guild. Structural organization is a vital factor of a successful community, and these constitutional codes make sure that everything is in line and no issue is allowed to impair our guild or its members. i. All members will keep the principles of the guild in mind, which are expanded on in the ethics section. Directional suggestions are noted and appreciated, but swaying members from our united goal and initial intent will not be permitted.
ii. A member will attempt their best to attend guild events when organized.
iii. The leaders/officers’ decisions regarding guild issues should be respected.
iv. If a member has a problem/issue with an officer, they will discuss it in private with a leader.
v. If a member feels a ban is unjustified or another member was banned unfairly, they will discuss it in private with a leader.
vi. Feedback regarding actions of an officer/leader can only be discussed in the form of constructive criticism.
vii. A leader/officer will not ban nor mute a member who provides feedback regarding other ranks, provided the feedback isn’t spammed.
viii. All Structural discussions involving a member and leader are to be kept confidential.
ix. A member must be at least 16 years of age to join the guild.
x. An officer must at least 18 years of age to receive their rank.

Guild Behaviour
The ‘Guild Behavior’ laws are in place to restrict extreme behavior that may hinder our guild’s operation. While there is a wide freedom of expression allowed in our guild, some individuals can go too far and cause uneasiness within our ranks. These laws protect our members individually, while not impeding normal conversations. Note: We understand that most phrases are said as a joke, and take that into account. However, seriously implying restricted behavior will lead to mute/kick/ban. i. A member will not exclusively harass another after noticeably being told to stop.
ii. A member will not threaten another with IRL (real-life) harm.
iii. A member will not target a player(s) based on background.
iv. A member will not single out another with the malicious intent to humiliate or embarrass, over a long period of time.
v. If an officer asks a member to stop behaving in a certain manner, provided the officer gives reasonable basis, the member will oblige.
vi. An officer will be critical thinking and only enforce these rules if they feel there is serious intent behind the dialogue being reviewed.

Discord Rules
These rules apply only to our guild’s discord server. i. Do not move the radio bot outside of the radio channel using commands. Persistently doing so will result in a mute.
ii. Do not spam the chats with excessive text/images.
iii. Those who join the Immortal's Discord channel but do not apply on the forums will be removed from the server after 3 days. Users are able to rejoin and try again, but should avoid repeating their mistake.
